Definetely GTA V has the best PC port ever! The second place came to GTA Vice City, almost as the same as PS2. The third came to GTA San Andreas, because most PS2 textures are missing. The worst is GTA IV, how crappy it was. barely reach 30fps on my Friend PC powered by AMD Ryzen :|. Excalibur Voltaire.

At this point San Andreas has been modded so far beyond the console ports it's almost a joke to even consider getting one of the ancient console versions If there is a native version on PC never get the console version unless you really want to. Best version is the Android/iOS port. Has Cleo mods app too for cheats.
